Media Day

MOBILE STUDIO

Our mobile studio comes to you! We offer our mobile studio to any location from a practice field to school*. Just call to schedule your session, providing your information, roster and 50% deposit and confirmation of date and time. Below are the details for your Media Day Session:

Pricing: $900

Team Size: Up to 20 players ($50 each additional player)

Session Duration: 2 hours (Additional time may be added for an additional fee.)

Image Usage: Player Spotlights, Web & Social Media Posts, Game Day Announcements

Turnaround and Delivery: Up to 3 weeks. All files sent via WeTransfer

Parking for our Mobile Studio: We require ample space to park. Our mobile studio and truck are the equivalent of two cars parked end-to-end.

What Photos Are Included: As many as possible! We allocate time for each player individually (including headshots) first. Once completed we then do personality shots, buddy shots, sibling shots, parent/coach shots and more. Each image is provided as a png without background or can be provided with our stadium lights background.

Team Composite?: Yes, for an additional fee of $100 we provide a 3/4 length team composite from the session.

Products: We offer a complete line of products, including mugs, bagtags and more for each player for an additional fee.

•Due to permits and location, a release must be provided to operate on location.
